1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the abDiscounts Shopify application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. App Services

abDiscounts provides checkout promotion configurations, quantity breaks, BOGO logic, bundles, and free gift rewards dynamically inside Shopify checkout. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or pricing plan of the App at any time.

3. Shopify Merchant Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store credentials and configuration settings. Any operations, discount codes, or customer checkout scripts triggered via our App settings are under your sole administrative responsibility.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

All monthly recurring subscription charges (e.g., Pro Plan) or single purchases (e.g., Lifetime Plan) are processed directly by Shopify Billing API. Refunds or prorated usage credits are subject to Shopify's default merchant billing terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

abDiscounts is provided "as is". In no event shall the developer (Anil Suthar) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, order issues, or storefront downtime arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
